Female World Leaders That Make Us Happy

You know what makes me happy? Hearing Beyoncé sing “Who runs the world? GIRLS!” Besides loving Beyoncé, on International Day of Happiness I want to share some of my favorite female leaders in foreign policy – because seeing women running the world makes me happy!
